Role Purpose
To support the Group Finance Technologies (GFT) team by assisting with finance-related system processes, reporting, analysis, and control activities, while applying academic financial knowledge in a structured, technology-enabled environment designed to build practical experience and professional capability.

Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Process
- End-to-end Group Finance process flows
- Period-end and year-end support activities
- Transaction lifecycle from source to financial reporting
- Interdependencies between Finance, IT, and business units
- Logging, tracking, and resolving finance-related support queries
- Root-cause analysis for recurring issues
- Communication with users and stakeholders
- Control execution within the finance system processes
- Evidence collection and documentation standards
- Support for internal and external audit requests
- Testing and validation of changes
- Updating process documentation and user guides
- Identifying opportunities for standardisation and automation
