Key Purpose
Gather, analyse, and document Discovery Life communication requirements for product, system, and business process enhancements, as well as legislative, compliance, and ad-hoc projects.
Areas of Responsibility
- Consult with business owners to gather requirements for product application forms, servicing forms, and other written/digital communication, liaising with Marketing Services, Compliance, and Legal.
- Manage the application form process from requirement gathering and analysis to backlog management and form design according to agreed standards.
- Maintain and update Discovery Life forms regularly.
- Identify and document communication business requirements clearly and accurately using agreed standards.
- Ensure all requirements are documented, reviewed, and signed off per agreed standards.
- Review and approve test packs for system releases to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Liaise with business owners and system developers to ensure successful implementation of communication requirements.
- Investigate and provide feedback on queries related to forms and communication items from business representatives.
- Adhere to the agreed Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and standards.

Education and Experience
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Communications-related Diploma/Degree or other relevant qualification from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year of experience in a communications analysis role (or similar).
Advantageous
- Discovery product, business, and systems knowledge.
- 2โ4 yearsโ experience in a communication analyst role within the financial services sector.
- Experience working with mobile app and web requirements.
- Experience with form typesetting on DISIgner.
