Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Advisor to join our dynamic team at Concentrix. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed effectively and professionally.

Key Role Candidates Would Be Performing

• Excellent voice communication skills
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Provide customer support through voice and non-voice channels
• Follow up with customers regarding queries or concerns
• Achieve assigned targets within agreed timelines and adhere to quality guidelines
• Gain knowledge of client products and services
• Accurately log all interactions using established processes and tools
• Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers
• Identify solutions based on established processes and procedures
• Maintain good typing speed (for non-voice profiles)

Candidate Profile / Skillset Required

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed
• Additional experience/skills may be required depending on location or program
• Strong probing and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits

• R7,500 Basic Salary
• R1,000 Night Shift Allowance
• R1,000 Agent Allowance

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts
• Customer service or call centre experience advantageous
