Overview
The DynamX Trainee Program grows and develops graduates by building technical capability aligned to their career aspirations while equipping them with cross-functional experience within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Purpose
This 24-month structured graduate programme is designed to accelerate professional growth through practical exposure, rotational assignments, and leadership development within AB InBev and The South African Breweries (SAB).
Importance
The programme develops future leaders by combining real business challenges, mentorship, and structured learning. It prepares graduates to contribute meaningfully to business growth, innovation, and operational excellence within a global brewing organisation.
Programme Structure
- A highly competitive 24-month programme comprised of segmented fixed-term contracts.
- Robust evaluations determine progression into each phase within the 24 months.
- 6-month rotational cycles providing cross-functional exposure across various teams.
- Based on the 70-20-10 learning model:
- 70% learning from challenging experiences and projects.
- 20% learning from developmental relationships and mentorship.
- 10% learning from coursework and formal training.
- Upon successful completion of the 24 months, trainees may apply for permanent roles within the business.

Minimum Requirements / Eligibility
- Minimum Bachelorโs degree (or equivalent tertiary qualification) in fields such as:
- Finance
- People (Psychology or HR-related degrees)
- Marketing
- Technology
- Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- No more than 2 years TOTAL full-time formal working experience by the programme start date (internships, vacation work, and short contracts excluded).
- Degree completed before programme start date at a recognised tertiary institution.
- Full legal work authorisation (citizenship) in South Africa.
- Geographical mobility within South Africa.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to adapt to new systems.
