Programme Structure

• Year 1: Placement within the Human Capital team — contributing to employee experience, learning & development, inclusion & diversity, and graduate programme design.
• Year 2: Rotational experiences across aligned business units within the FirstRand Group (potentially including FNB and RMB), broadening strategic exposure and business understanding.

Minimum Requirements / Eligibility

• Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences or related fields (e.g., Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Political Science, Development Studies).
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in human development, social innovation, and organisational culture.
