The BBD Graduate Programme is designed to help newly qualified graduates transition from university into the professional IT industry. From Day 1, successful candidates become full-time, paid employees and gain hands-on experience working on real client projects.

Minimum Requirements / Eligibility

• Newly qualified graduate with Diploma, Bachelor’s, Honours, Master’s, or Doctorate degree.
• Qualification in BSc, BEng, BCom, or BIT majoring in:
  • Computer Science
  • Computer & Software Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Informatics
• High academic average.
• Strong passion for software development and coding.
• Technology engagement beyond formal education (personal projects, coding practice, etc.).
• Portfolio of projects (GitHub or similar) is advantageous.
