Focus Areas / Key Responsibilities
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives or Project Management activities, depending on placement.
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to achieving team and organizational goals within set deadlines.
Minimum Requirements / Eligibility
- BEng in Industrial Engineering or BSc in Supply Chain Management.
- Project Management or Controller certificate/experience is an added advantage.
- NSFAS funding is an added advantage (proof of funding must be attached with CV).
- Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, even under pressure.
