Focus Areas / Key Responsibilities

• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives or Project Management activities, depending on placement.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for management review.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to achieving team and organizational goals within set deadlines.

Minimum Requirements / Eligibility

• BEng in Industrial Engineering or BSc in Supply Chain Management.
• Project Management or Controller certificate/experience is an added advantage.
• NSFAS funding is an added advantage (proof of funding must be attached with CV).
• Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, even under pressure.
