Full Description

The programme is a three-year leadership development journey within HEINEKEN’s Commerce division. It is designed to build future leaders through structured rotations and international exposure.

Programme Structure

• Rotation 1: Home country role in Stellenbosch, Durbanville or Sandton
• Rotation 2: Cross-functional assignment within South Africa
• Rotation 3: International assignment for global exposure
• Landing Role: Management position after completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Marketing, Business or related)
• Maximum 1 year post-graduation experience
• Strong communication skills in English
• Must have right to work in South Africa
• Willingness to travel and relocate internationally

2. Online assessments
3. Two interviews
4. Assessment centre (June/July 2026)
