Full Description
The programme is a three-year leadership development journey within HEINEKEN’s Commerce division. It is designed to build future leaders through structured rotations and international exposure.
Programme Structure
- Rotation 1: Home country role in Stellenbosch, Durbanville or Sandton
- Rotation 2: Cross-functional assignment within South Africa
- Rotation 3: International assignment for global exposure
- Landing Role: Management position after completion

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Marketing, Business or related)
- Maximum 1 year post-graduation experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Must have right to work in South Africa
- Willingness to travel and relocate internationally
Selection Process

- Online assessments
- Two interviews
- Assessment centre (June/July 2026)
