Job Description

The AI Engineer Graduate Programme supports the maintenance and optimisation of digital systems and AI solutions to ensure performance and reliability. Graduates will contribute to innovation, automation, and AI-driven transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Support maintenance and optimisation of digital systems and AI solutions
Contribute to innovation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives
Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and system manuals
Support system testing, upgrades, and implementations
Assist in creating and executing test cases
Support project planning and coordination activities
Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency
Support integration of AI capabilities into digital solutions
Engage stakeholders and provide progress updates
Provide basic user support during system rollouts

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
