Overview
Momentum Group is offering a 12-month YES (Youth Employment Service) Learners Programme aimed at unemployed young South Africans. The programme provides workplace exposure within Momentum Investments Group and helps participants build experience in the financial services industry.
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend and gain structured learning, mentorship, and real work experience.
Role Purpose
The programme is designed to address youth unemployment by providing practical work experience, skills development, and career exposure in financial services. It focuses on building employability and preparing learners for long-term career opportunities.
Who Should Apply?
- South African citizens aged 18–25.
- Unemployed individuals at the time of application.
- First-time participants in the YES programme.
- Applicants with a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Students in Finance, Investment Management, IT, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in financial services.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Aged between 18 and 25.
