Overview

The Absa PPB COO Graduate Internship Programme is a 12-month, full-time, fixed-term programme based in Johannesburg (hybrid). It offers recent graduates structured, on-the-job training and exposure to key business areas, including Fraud, Risk, Operations, Data Science, and Strategy & Change. Interns will gain real-world experience, mentorship from experienced professionals, and a strong foundation for future career opportunities within Absa.

Minimum Requirements / Eligibility

  • Completed NQF Level 7 qualification or higher (Bachelorโ€™s degree) in one of the following fields:
    • Forensic Science & Technology / Criminology
    • Risk Management
    • BCom General
    • Mathematics / Applied Mathematics
    • Data Analytics / Data Science
    • Strategy / Strategic Management
    • BCom Informatics
    • Project Management
    • Business Analysis
  • Previous work experience is helpful but not mandatory.
