Purpose of the Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Quality assure different types of offers made.
• Identify and correct defects in consultation with the offer originator.
• Communicate approved offers to relevant stakeholders.
• Assess rejected offers and identify the basis for rejection.
• Document and upload offers onto the system.
• Respond to correspondence and stakeholder queries.
• Prepare reports on emerging risks and process improvements.
• Handle complaints and liaise with stakeholders.
• Provide follow-up feedback regarding queries and complaints.
• Ensure responses are completed within required turnaround times.

Minimum Requirements / Eligibility
