Purpose of the Internship

Key Responsibilities
- Quality assure different types of offers made.
- Identify and correct defects in consultation with the offer originator.
- Communicate approved offers to relevant stakeholders.
- Assess rejected offers and identify the basis for rejection.
- Document and upload offers onto the system.
- Respond to correspondence and stakeholder queries.
- Prepare reports on emerging risks and process improvements.
- Handle complaints and liaise with stakeholders.
- Provide follow-up feedback regarding queries and complaints.
- Ensure responses are completed within required turnaround times.
Minimum Requirements / Eligibility
