Purpose of the Role
The Team Assistant Intern supports day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks for a professional or management team, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient communication flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative and operational support tasks
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare meeting minutes
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, documents)
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and statistical summaries
- Assist with office systems and technology integration
- Support budget tracking and basic financial analysis
Minimum Requirements
