Purpose of the Programme

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks for training programmes
- Schedule training sessions and manage attendance
- Coordinate training logistics such as venues and invitations
- Maintain accurate training records and databases

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Degree or NQF Level 7 equivalent in Human Resource Management or related field
- Must be unemployed

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
