• Completed National Senior Certificate (Grade 12/Matric)
• Technical Mathematics, Mathematics, or Mathematical Literacy
• English or Business English
• Technical Science or Physical Science
• Valid Code B driver's licence or higher
• Between 18 and 29 years of age
• Must reside within the Sasol local communities of Secunda or Sasolburg
