Focus Areas / Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and service reception areas.
- Support the sales team with customer engagement, vehicle presentations, and test drive coordination.
- Assist with booking vehicles for services and repairs.
- Open, update, and manage job cards under supervision.
- Liaise between customers, technicians, and sales executives to ensure clear communication.
- Maintain showroom, service reception, and vehicle display standards.
- Capture and update customer information on internal systems.
- Assist with basic sales and service administration, including documentation and filing.
- Provide updates to customers regarding vehicle service or sales progress.
- Participate in product knowledge, sales process, and customer service training.
Minimum Requirements / Eligibility
- Must meet YES Programme eligibility criteria.
- South African citizen.
- Aged between 18 and 35 years.
- Currently unemployed and not studying full-time.
- Matric certificate (essential).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry.
